Tropical Bank
The Challenge
Contracted to launch Tropical Mobile, the online banking app, and drive adoption among existing customers and new prospects.
What We Did
Designed billboards, brochures, street poles, in-bank branding, and full communications material for the US Dollar Savings Account and Tropi-Invest Club Account. A cohesive visual system ensured consistency across all touchpoints.

The Challenge
Help build branding and communication for Uganda's only women-focused commercial bank, establishing authority and trust in a competitive market.
What We Did
Delivered corporate identity design through to full marketing communications including media planning and buying. The brand voice centred on empowerment, warmth, and financial confidence.

Mukwano Industries
The Challenge
Introduce a range of women's home and beauty products (Nomi, Mama Washing Detergent, Mukwano Family Petroleum Jelly) countrywide across all four regions of Uganda.
What We Did
Rolled out activations across Eastern, Northern, Western, and Southern regions. Created business opportunities with the Mukwano Women's Business Mentorship Program, turning product users into brand advocates.

Malaria Consortium
The Challenge
Popularise the uptake of Malaria Rapid Diagnostic Test (MRDT) kits in Kampala, with a target of 30,000 kits distributed over 3 months.
What We Did
Deployed a targeted door-to-door strategy across key Kampala neighbourhoods, combining community engagement with health education to hit and exceed distribution targets.

The Challenge
Refresh a corporate identity to reflect a new business direction, from logo to physical office environment.
What We Did
Refreshed the logo, stationery, and company profile, then branded the new corporate offices. Designed a warm, inviting space that articulated the company's new business promise.

The Challenge
Create a brand for a national child protection helpline from scratch, including naming, testing, and countrywide rollout in partnership with UCC, UCRNN, UNICEF and the Ministry of Gender.
What We Did
Developed the brand name 'SAUTI', tested it with target communities, built a full brand manual, and executed the countrywide rollout. A brand built on trust, safety, and accessibility.
